Important Notice Regarding Tire Storage

Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for trusting Guilbault Automotive with your vehicle.

Over the past several years, the number of tires we store has grown significantly. Because loose (off-rim)

tires require substantially more handling, mounting, balancing, and storage space than complete wheel

assemblies, we have made the decision to phase out this service.

What This Means

If we are currently storing your loose tires, nothing changes today.

You may continue storing your tires with us until September 30, 2027.

Beginning October 1, 2027, we will only provide seasonal tire storage for complete wheel and tire

assemblies.

Why Are We Making This Change?

This change allows us to:

• Improve appointment availability during tire season

• Reduce handling of customer property

• Improve technician efficiency

• Make better use of our storage space

• Continue providing timely service during our busiest months

What Are My Options?

We recommend purchasing a dedicated set of steel or alloy wheels for your seasonal tires.

Benefits include:

• Faster seasonal changeovers

• Less wear on your tires

• Less handling of TPMS sensors

• Continued eligibility for seasonal tire storage
